My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work to ship a replacement to you.

Can I return my custom ordered item?

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I exchange an item in my order?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I return my purchase and receive a refund?

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can access all order and tracking information when you sign into your Jubilation Box account.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 2 - 10 days (depending on your chosen shipping option) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you..
