You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order. All orders are processed to ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order confirmation email is sent. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
You can access all order and tracking information when you sign into your Jubilation Box account.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 2 - 10 days (depending on your chosen shipping option) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jubilationbox.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Jubilation Box does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
