Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can access all order and tracking information when you sign into your Jubilation Box account.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 2 - 10 days (depending on your chosen shipping option) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jubilationbox.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Jubilation Box does not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

How do I return my purchase?

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jubilationbox.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work to ship a replacement to you.
